There's an open conflict in Asymm Project. While it hasn't transcended to personal terms, the sportive conflict between the two climb captains, Delicano and Keovilay, is getting worse. Both are used to play the teammate role for each other, depending on the race profiles. And they do work well together, as proves the Vuelta win for Keovilay with Delicano as teammate, and the second place in Germany Tour for Delicano with Keovilay as helper.
However, both are demanding favours for having to act as teammates. In the last hours, Keovilay (who is now on vacation in Laos) has managed to convince the team to sign his 21-year-old cousin despite the opposition of the team scouts.
This has been a long-denied favour for Delicano, who also wanted his brother joining the team and now might see his will come true.
However, as the team management understands that this might be a never ending dispute, the team is now planning on working with African brand Qhubeka and could soon start signing also African talents and riders to diminish the power of both Asian stars.
The discussions are open, with the main point as of now being the demand of Qhubeka to get rid of non-Asians jobbers (the Polish Filip), Spanish helpers (Baradez) and long-time accepted as Asians Russians (Vorobyrov and Shashlov).
If the definitive jump to Africa is finally accepted, the team would be strictly African and Asian (no Russia, no Spain, no European jobbers), and that would not happen before season 28 and in no case mean a sell-off of Asian riders.

Fingers crossed for that. He costed 135k!
I've decided to max CB, FR and TQ forgetting SP now. I want to make him a TvA rider.
Hopefully Zardooz gets somewhere, i could use a decent rider for the NT
I saw that. Just keeping the pressure on :-)
Right now, all money goes to training Zardooz, plus I bought Teravainen because I need a CB captain meanwhile.
As it's said in the last paragraph of the PR, the move wouldn't happen before season 28. But it's still here as a long-term plan
What is happening with the Africa move?
Like teams that go all in for a region, nation etc. Good luck, and hope you go for it.
Interesting. Will be watching ...
